Philip Tramposh

Program Director, CRP West Los Angeles

Philip earned his Bachelor of Psychology degree with a minor in Sociology. Philip has worked in a number of different settings, including group homes, residential facilities, and mental hospitals - all of which serve individuals with co-occurring mental illness and developmental disabilities. He has previous experience working in a supervisory capacity. Philip joined the CRP team in October of 2016.

Cesar

Program Coordinator

Cesar earned his Bachelor of Criminology degree. He has experience working with minors with severe emotional disturbance in a shelter setting. Previous to joining CRP, Cesar worked for three years with culturally diverse children that have PTSD and also developmental delays. Cesar is fluent in Spanish and joined the CRP team in February of 2015.

Bianca

Crisis Counselor

Bianca graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and an Associate's degree in Anthropology. Bianca is also scheduled to take her Nursing Examination to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She previously worked as a Behavioral Therapist, as well as an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist with children and adults with autism, Down syndrome, and developmental disabilities. Bianca has a strong passion to help those in need and has worked with a diverse array of populations. Bianca has 10 years of nursing experience, speaks conversational Spanish, and joined CRP in May of 2019.

Itzel

Crisis Counselor

Itzel graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology degree in Sociology. She previously worked as a behaviorist for three years. Itzel has also worked as an Instructional Aide for special education and has previous volunteer experience working at a hospital. Itzel is fluent in Spanish and joined the CRP team in March of 2018.

John

Crisis Counselor

John graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. John previously worked as an Instructional Assistant at a high school which catered to students living in a residential facility. He also has experience working as a Psychiatric Technician in a psychiatric hospital. John joined the CRP team in February of 2020.

Nadia

Crisis Counselor

Nadia graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology degree. Nadia previously worked as an Applied Behavioral Analysis therapist with children with developmental disabilities, including children with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. Nadia has previous volunteering experience with the San Bernardino Department of Social Work. Nadia is fluent in Spanish and joined the CRP team in February 2019.

Rebecca

Crisis Counselor

Rebecca earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in inequality and diversity. Rebecca previously worked as a Residential Counselor and an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist with children and adolescents with mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. Rebecca's main focus is to support individuals with developmental disabilities and help generalize their improvements to establish a healthy quality of life. Rebecca joined the CRP team in May 2019.
