Marco is the Director of Northern California Crisis Team which covers San Jose, Santa Clara, and Watsonville regions. Previously, Marco was the Director of CRP East Bay since August of 2008. Prior to working with CRP East Bay, Marco worked with the San Diego crisis team. Marco speaks Spanish.

Natalie
Program Coordinator
Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She then went on to intern at a Santa Cruz treatment center for substance abuse. She became the case manager for the DUI program and later an intake coordinator for the outpatient and residential treatment/detox programs. Natalie then went on to work as a counselor at a sub-acute mental health residential treatment facility for individuals stepping down from locked care. Natalie lead groups focusing on substance abuse, mindfulness, art, meditation and yoga. She continues to teach yoga and work in immigration and asylum. Natalie came to CRP in 2015 and is the Program coordinator at the Watsonville office. Natalie is fluent in Spanish.

Laura
Crisis Counselor
Laura graduated in 2015 with a major in Human Services and emphasis in Substance Abuse Counseling. Laura completed an internship at a Santa Cruz residential substance abuse program. After completing her internship Laura worked at a bilingual substance abuse residential treatment facility, where she conducted one/one counseling, as well as group sessions in mindfulness meditation, domestic violence, family seminars, anger management, and much more. In 2005, Laura graduated graduated as a Medical Assistant and worked for the County of Santa Cruz, after doing so she then worked as a caregiver for elderly and people with special needs. Laura has an extensive background working with individuals in need. Laura takes pride in providing a helping hand to her community; where she enjoys making a difference.

Miguel
Crisis Counselor
In 2016, Miguel earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and in Sociology. Miguel joined CRP in September 2016 and is fluent in Spanish. In the past, Miguel worked as a college mentor for high school students, for his university's police department, and for a workers' union. Miguel enjoys helping the community and providing supportive services to families in need.
